REMEMBRANCE DAY SERVICE
MONDAY 11th NOVEMBER 2019
COMMENCING AT 1030
Our traditional Remembrance Day service will take place at the Cenotaph at Forestville RSL Club commencing at 1030, this being the 100th anniversary of the first Armistice Day commemoration in 1919, now our Remembrance Day commemoration service. We will also be unveiling a WWI plaque at the Cenotaph, honouring five Frenchs Forest residents who enlisted in the Australian Imperial Force.
Refreshments will be served in the Club after the ceremony.
